BEFORE YOUR SKI LESSON
Forgetting something before your lesson can hinder your session, so why risk it. I've put together
a list of things that are essential before a lesson, including things to bring.

Eat breakfast. Bring a healthy "pocket snack" for the chairlift. Learning is better without the distraction of being hungry. Stay hydrated, water is your friend.
Appropriate gear is so important. A ski helmet, goggles, gloves, jacket, ski pants, ski socks are necessary. It's better to overdress than underdress. ( you can always lose a layer!)

Check the conditions. Leave plenty of time. The drive up can mean many different kinds of weather in one trip. Snow tires are required. Knowing the weather will also help you to bring appropriate clothing!
